Psychotherapy Sessions

The aim of our meetings is to provide a confidential and safe environment. Explore the emotional issues of current concern to you. Discover issues together at a pace that feels comfortable to you.

At the initial session we will discuss what it is that brought you to seek therapy. Discuss whether the way I  work feels helpful to you. Agree if it is appropriate for us to work together. If not, we can discuss alternative options.

Each session of individual psych0therapy lasts for 50 minutes. The number of sessions depends on the needs of the individual. Sessions are normally weekly at a mutually agreed time. All sessions are fully confidential and comply with the UKCP ethical framework.

TRE Sessions

TRE, stress, tension and trauma releasing exercises last for an hour and a quarter. Work with the body, introduce the idea and practice of self-regulation through body awareness.
